Are you an Independent Consultant...

... who doesn't like to market yourself, but know you need to?

I can help!

But first, a question.

What sort of marketing efforts have you already implemented?
  • Networking?
  • Social Media?
  • Public Speaking?
  • Newsletter?
  • Do you have an e-mail list? Is it current?
  • Is your website set up for inbound marketing?
  • Do you have a website?

And there are many more questions I could ask. The point is, you probably got into consulting for one of three reasons:

  1. You love the work,
  2. You were "downsized," can't find a job, and still need to pay your bills,
  3. You're retired but you still want to contribute.

But you don't really know how to sell yourself in today's marketplace. Marketing was never your "thing." Good strategy and tactics are timeless, but the tools for implementation change.

The first steps to marketing marketing yourself as an independent consultant are to answer several questions. Questions like, "How can I communicate what I do as simply as possible?" And, "How can I generate additional revenue from my primary set of expertise?"

And there are several strategic tasks you can tackle to make your marketing a success. Things like building an e-mail list, identifying your hottest prospects, and building a team of strategic partners. It's not rocket science, but it is work (fortunately, I am a rocket scientist, but that's another story). I can lead you to the launch pad and beyond!

If any of this resonates with you, please give me a call or send an e-mail. Let's talk.
